Interior Fitout Estimator
Job Description
We are looking for an extensive experienced Senior Estimator for Interior Design Contracting Joinery/ Interior fitout company
7 - 15 years of total experience, Minimum 7 years UAE experience from an Interior Design Contracting, Joinery and Fitout company.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent degree.
Responsible for estimating the cost of large & medium tenders.
Must have knowledge of production (Joinery) and installation (Joinery & fit-out) procedures.
Evaluating the tender documents and supporting the development of estimation models, etc.
Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Brilliant management and negotiation skills.
Ability to closely collaborate with other project teams and stakeholders.
Excellent research, proposal writing, and oral presentation skills.
