Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Interior Fit-out Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Fit-out Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage all aspects of interior fit-out projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets specified standards and client expectations.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Cost Management: Monitor project costs and expenditures, making adjustments as necessary to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices throughout all project phases.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in interior fit-out project management, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques related to interior fit-outs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Vehicle and Fuel provided.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
