Interior Fitout Draftsman
Job Description
We are in need of a Draftsman From an architecture / interior design background. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Interior Fit out projects (commercial).
Candidates with portfolio of works will be considered Prepare full set of ID working drawings for Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Retail which include (but not limited to):
• Developing concept design, schematic phase and detailed design development for interior projects.
• Space Planning, Custom-made joinery details
• In-charge of all respective General drawings, Joinery Package, Details & Schedules.
• Coordinating with Interior design team, and other specialist to complete the job in timely and cost-effective manner.
Kindly note:
• Candidate must have experience in Commercial project (Private Villa, offices, Retail, F&B)
• The candidate should be proficient on Autocad software
• Candidates with an architectural portfolio will be considered
• BSc in Engineering, Architecture or degree from a technical college
• Candidate can join immediately and no notice period or not presently working. Please this is a very urgent requirement.
