Interior Fit Out Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible for the supervision of all interior site works, including labour force, quality control and coordination with management
Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering to ensure that electrical systems, installations, and equipment meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, Site requirements and high attention to detail
Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards.
Should be able to perform setting-out plans as per approved drawings
Material and manpower planning and management
Should be able to work with a high accuracy and handle the workplace requirements efficiently
Responsible for all joinery fit outs
Residential Buildings Fit Outs and Commercial and or Office Fit Outs
Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress reports
Supervise teams of Carpenters and technicians
Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and Time management
UAE driving license is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED5.00 per month
