Job Description

We're looking for a well experience FIT OUT Site Supervisor / Foreman with strong experience in the Interior Fit Out work .

Duties:

• Supervise construction activities and instructing to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. (Factory and site)
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Must have a working knowledge of MEP, Civil, Architectural and Interior.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material inventory.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in solid in Interior Designing/Joinery/ Fit Out Industry
• Bachelor's degree ''Civil Eng." or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations including
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Knowledge in solid in Interior Designing/Joinery/ Fit Out Industry
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• With UAE valid Driving License
• Can Join immediately
