Manage and coordinate on-site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation
Supervise construction activities and instructing to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. (Factory and site)
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
Must have a working knowledge of MEP, Civil, Architectural and Interior.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material inventory.
Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
Proven experience working as a site supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,900.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
