Are you an Interior Designer/Personal Assistant passionate about redesigning properties? Our client is an owner-managed company with a unique property portfolio located across various countries. Would you like to set up the latest trends in interior design and working closely with our team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities
- Meeting the clients expectations related to redesigning requests and managing schedules.
- Cooperation and communication with other architects or builders to discuss the needs of the clients.
- Designing layouts for different properties.
- Researching and preparing plans, diagrams or sketches for interior constructions, materials, finishes, lighting and furnishing.
- Selecting suppliers of materials.
- Ensuring the proper maintenance of all equipment in use.
- Performing any other duties related to your job scope assigned by Manager.
- 3-5+ years of experience at similar role
- 3-5 years of experience working with VIP clients
- Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design or Business Administration
- Commercial experience with design software (such as AutoCAD) to create models and visuals
- English/ fluent
- Innovative mindset and passion for Interior Design.
- Hospitality background
- Accommodation provided (fully furnished room)
- Daily Meal (3x times per Day)
- Joining Airline Ticket - economy round trip/return ticket + transportation from/to the airport in Abu Dhabi
- Work permit and Resident visa/ EID in UAE
- Health and Medical Insurance & Life Insurance
- Paid Vacation (30 days upon completion of 1 year of service)
- Paid Sick Leave (15 days upon completion of 1 year of service)
- Vacation ticket - round trip (Yearly - upon completion of 1 year of service)
- Transportation provided in the case if occasional travelling requested by the employer.
