Job Title: Internal Design Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Internal Design Sales Representative to join our team. This role blends design expertise with sales skills to support the internal sales process, provide clients with tailored design solutions, and help drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting design ideas and concepts, and working with internal teams to deliver high-quality design services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver customized design solutions that meet their needs.

- Present design concepts, ideas, and products to clients, helping them understand how design can enhance their business or space.

- Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and product pitches with a strong design component.

- Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of design projects.

- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

- Track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and new products to offer innovative solutions to clients.

- Provide guidance and support on design-related queries during the sales process, from initial inquiry to project completion.

- Ensure that designs are in line with brand guidelines, project goals, and client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the design, architecture, or interior design industry.

- Strong understanding of design principles, products, and services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and effectively.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including design, project management, and marketing.

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.

- Proven ability to close sales, manage client relationships, and exceed sales targets.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in interior design, architecture, or related industries.

- Knowledge of the sales process in design and project-based environments.

- Understanding of budget management, cost estimation, and pricing strategies for design projects.

Education:

- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required based on experience.
