Job Summary:
Prestige One Developments is seeking a talented and experienced In-House Interior Designer with a strong architectural background to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will excel in architectural and graphic design, with expertise in redrawing and amending architectural plans to meet project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Redraw and update architectural floor plans in alignment with project requirements.
• Amend and refine architectural unit plans for enhanced functionality and aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to create innovative and efficient design solutions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to Prestige One Developments' standards and vision.
• Leverage graphic design skills to produce compelling presentation materials and visuals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural or developer-related roles.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong technical and creative skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Developer/Architectural background is mandatory.
