POSITIONInterior Designer / Personal AssistantLOCATIONDubai UAE
  • Client to provide work visa and limited relocation expenses if not local
PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe Interior Designer / Personal Assistant supports the Principal of a UHNW Private Estate as coordinator between the Principal and the projects team which does the interior design work. The Interior Designer / Personal Assistant
will carry out personal assistant tasks as the liaison to the Principalsu0027 for their interior projects which happen often, and jumping in where there is an operational need.QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATION / LICENSES

  • Arabic Language
  • UAE or International Drivers License Mandatory
  • Degree or Diploma in Interior Design Mandatory
EXPERIENCE
  • 3+ years experience working in a similar role
  • Experienced in working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalised luxury service

  • In depth knowledge of operations in a luxury property
  • An eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Product source knowledge
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Exceptionally well-groomed with excellent social etiquette
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Advanced MS office skills - word, excel, outlook, ppt.
  • Report writing
  • Must be able to travel
