Job Description

: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ID/Fit-out Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise and detailed interior design and fit-out drawings using CAD software. This role involves collaborating with designers, architects, and other team members to produce high-quality design documents and construction plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed interior design and fit-out drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software.
• Collaborate with interior designers and architects to develop design concepts and construction documents.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications and schedules.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for drawings.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date CAD files and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or diploma in Interior Design, CAD Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an interior design or fit-out draftsman.
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, fit-out processes, and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
