Job Description
As an Interior Designer, you will assist in designing and planning interior spaces, from concept through to execution. You will collaborate with clients and the design team to create aesthetically pleasing and functional environments. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in interior design.Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Assist in creating design concepts and layouts that meet client requirements and project specifications.
- Client Interaction: Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing design recommendations and solutions.
- Project Support: Support senior designers in preparing presentations, mood boards, and design proposals.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material lists to guide the implementation of design projects.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are followed and address any issues that arise during the construction or installation phase.
- Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in interior design.
- Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools. Strong creative and conceptual skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local design regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software.
