Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Part-Time Interior Designer

to oversee and manage the interior design aspects of our dental clinics -- both for

new branch projects

and

existing clinic upgrades

. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, functionality, and brand consistency, with the ability to handle everything from material selection to final setup.

Key Responsibilities:New Clinic Projects:

Collaborate with the project team to conceptualize interior design plans that align with the brand's aesthetics and functional needs. Oversee the entire design process for new branches - from layout suggestions to furniture, lighting, and decor planning. Conduct

quality checks of materials

used by contractors, ensuring they meet standards. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely procurement and installation of design elements.

Existing Clinics:

Refresh and upgrade existing interiors (soft interiors), including: Wall colors Sofas and seating Indoor plants Cushions, artwork, and accessories Recommend where to

source

items and coordinate

purchasing, delivery, and setup

. Ensure cohesive design and consistent brand identity across all branches.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or commercial interiors. Strong sense of color, materials, lighting, and spatial planning. Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent. Ability to visit project sites and supervise implementation. Excellent vendor management and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience working with clinics, wellness centers, or similar spaces. Existing vendor network for soft furnishing and decor items. A strong design portfolio showing relevant work.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 - 9 per week
