Fit-out and Renovation Works

Key Responsibilities:

Client Collaboration:

Work closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for each project.

Design Development:

Create innovative and functional design concepts, mood boards, and design layouts that meet the client's needs.

Space Planning & Rendering:

Use design software to produce 2D floor plans, 3D renderings, and design presentations.

Material Selection:

Choose furniture, finishes, color schemes, and lighting solutions to bring the design concept to life.

Project Management:

Oversee the project from concept to completion, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

On-Site Visits:

Monitor the progress of design projects and ensure that the final result aligns with client expectations.

Trend Awareness:

Stay informed on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate fresh, modern ideas.

Qualifications

Space Planning and Architecture skills Construction Drawings and Interior Design skills Strong attention to detail and creativity Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp Excellent communication and presentation skills
