Job Title: Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles, innovative thinking, and the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of legal procedures, regulations, and approvals related to construction and renovation projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative and functional interior spaces for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Prepare detailed design plans, layouts, and 3D renderings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Source materials, furnishings, and decor while maintaining quality and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project delivery aligns with the design vision.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities' regulations during construction and renovation projects.
• Handle approvals, permits, and documentation required for design implementation.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in interior design, with exposure to Dubai's construction and renovation industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai's legal procedures, construction codes, and permitting processes.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
