Job Description

•We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the FITOUT &JOINERY industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in designing and executing high quality interior projects.•

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet client requirements and company standard.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects, contractor, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Work closely with the joinery team to design custom furniture, fixtures, and cabinetry.
• Select source materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the design concept and budget, develop detailed space plans, considering furniture placement, lighting, and other elements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specification.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Interior design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Fitout and joinery industry. (Preferring candidates with UAE experience)
• Proficiency in CAD Software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and creative skill.
• Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, standard, and regulations.
