We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces that meet our clients' needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
• Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and color palettes.
• Prepare project proposals, including timelines and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the project is completed to the highest standard.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in residential and commercial design.
• Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
