Role and Responsibilities:
As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that align with the company's vision. Your key responsibilities will include:

Design Development:

• Create detailed interior design concepts that meet client needs and project specifications.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualisations to present design ideas.

Client Collaboration:

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Present design proposals and adjust plans based on client feedback.

Project Management:

• Oversee the execution of interior design projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Material Selection:

• Source and select appropriate materials, furniture, and accessories for projects.
• Ensure that chosen materials are sustainable and meet the company's quality standards.

Trend Analysis:

• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and innovations.
• Incorporate contemporary design practices while maintaining the company's unique style.

Budget Management:

• Prepare project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
• Provide regular reports on project financials to stakeholders.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visualisation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil , Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
