Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Interior Designer at Sobha Realty located in Dubai. The Interior Designer will be responsible for FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), Mood Board creation, Design development, Project coordination. The role will involve collaborating with project teams, developing design concepts, creating 3D visualizations, and overseeing the implementation of design plans.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in space planning, architecture, and interior design
• Knowledge of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Interior design with a focus on FF&E and mood boards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadline simultaneously
• Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Experience in luxury residential or hospitality design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
