As an Interior Designer at Saadco Group of Companies, you will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions for a diverse range of projects. From residential and commercial spaces to exhibitions and events, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to the success of our clients' ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and vision for the space.

- Develop conceptual design proposals, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.

- Create detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, using relevant software tools.

- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that align with the design concept, budget, and project specifications.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate implementation of design plans.

- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, oversee construction progress, and address any design-related issues.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.

- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with the project team to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

- Emirati national based in Dubai, UAE.

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your creative talent and design expertise.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction methods.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards is preferred.

- Passion for design innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
