Job Description

An Interior Designer creates functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces by assessing space requirements, determining optimal furniture placement, and selecting decorative items. The role requires close collaboration with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Space Planning: Develop comprehensive design plans including layouts, color schemes, lighting, and materials.
• Design Development: Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
• Material Selection: Source and select furniture, fixtures, equipment, and materials.
• Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Budget Management: Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets.
• Compliance: Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and ADA standards.
• Presentation: Present design concepts to clients for approval and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
• Trends & Innovations: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technology.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation and records.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Preferably Arabic
• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in interior design.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong visual and spatial awareness.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
