We are looking for a highly creative and talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and present design concepts to clients, incorporating their requirements and preferences.
• Create authority submission drawings, shop drawings, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, Photoshop).
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Source and select materials, furnishings, and accessories to enhance the design.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in interior design.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the vision.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and furnishings.
• Supervise the installation of design elements, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, including mood boards, sample boards, and digital presentations.
• Provide design solutions and recommendations to clients, addressing any concerns or adjustments.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic design or a related field
• Prior work experience as a 3D graphic designer
• Possess strong computer-based design skills, showcased through an impressive portfolio
• Experience in layout and concept design & detail drawings and 3D design
• Experience in furniture mood board and design presentations
• Fluent in English
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License and own a car
• Must possess a valid UAE Visa. Sponsorship is possible after probation period
• Nice to have: Website & Social Media skills & experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
