Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present design concepts to clients, incorporating their requirements and preferences.
• Create authority submission drawings, shop drawings, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D max, Lumion, photoshop).
• Prepare detailed BOQ.
• Source and select materials, furnishings, and accessories to enhance the design.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in interior design.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the vision.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and furnishings.
• Supervise the installation of design elements, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, including mood boards, sample boards, and digital presentations.
• Provide design solutions and recommendations to clients, addressing any concerns or adjustments.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
• Participate in client meetings, site inspections, and project review sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements during project execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Interior designer: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving licence (Preferred)
