Job Description
Our client is one of the UAE\'s leading turnkey designs and fit-out solutions providers, services extend to the commercial, banking, retail, healthcare, exhibitions, and food and beverage sectors.They are looking for an Interior Designer with Fit Out industry experience, mostly for office projects/Retail Offices.Job description and requirements:
- Developing design concepts and space plans based on client requirements and project objectives. Creating mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to visually communicate design ideas.
- Presenting design ideas to clients through presentations, drawings, and virtual simulations to solicit feedback and approvals.
- Develop design concepts that align with the client\'s vision, incorporating elements such as color schemes, furniture styles, lighting, and spatial arrangements.
- Optimizing the layout of interior spaces to maximize functionality, circulation, and efficiency. Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards. Incorporating elements of universal design to accommodate diverse user needs and preferences.
- Choose appropriate materials, finishes, fabrics, and furnishings to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of the space while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- 3D Visualization: Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create visual representations of design concepts, allowing clients to better understand proposed ideas.
- Coordination with Contractors: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that design plans are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Overseeing the implementation of design plans and providing on-site supervision as needed.
