Job Description

Customer :- Support sales team in creation of stylistically strong concept for the client that offers visual and functional solutions of Home centre products to meet client satisfaction. Ensure customer commitments are met on time through followups on purchases/orders/deliveries and addressing issues (if any) Ensure all client designs specifications are duly met through followup communication,home visits and setup and customer feedback on the service provided. Contribution: Prepare work briefs based on client interaction to understand the requirement aided by secondary research. Provide detailed assistance to clients during the selection process of fabrics, color palettes,window treatments,lighting, carpets, floor tiles, artwork,paint,wallpaper and accessories through product samples or mood boards. Prepare accurate and error free detailed drawings, designs,plans, models and scheme using computer aided design software(Autocad) for presentation to clients using instore roomstyler. Identify and understand the structural requirements of the design solution with adequate focus on health and safety issues,building codes and other relevant technical aspects. Responsible for preparing detailed order documents. Prepare the program for site/home execution, prepare status report on weekly basis. Producing mood boards for presentation to clients . Finish plans/layouts and specification/BOQ.. Competency requirement Selling Skills Presentation skills Proficient in Auto Cad, photo shop,sketch-up or other design related software.
