Interior Designer Cum Sales

Location : Fujairah, UAE

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and dynamic Interior Designer cum Sales Associate to join our retail home showroom team. In this dual role, you will leverage your design expertise and sales acumen to provide exceptional customer service, helping clients to create beautiful and functional living spaces while driving sales and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom. Understand their design needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations.
• Interior Design Consultation: Offer professional design advice and services, including space planning, color schemes, furniture selection, and layout proposals. Create design presentations and mood boards to visualize concepts for clients.
• Sales Achievement: Utilize your design expertise to drive sales by recommending products and solutions that meet customer needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship building.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, including furniture, decor items, and accessories. Stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to final purchase. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, organized, and well-maintained. Assist in setting up displays and arranging furniture to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Follow-Up: Maintain contact with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any follow-up needs. Develop long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Administrative Duties: Handle sales transactions, process orders, and manage customer records accurately. Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, preferably in a retail or showroom setting.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with home furnishings and decor.
• Knowledge of current interior design trends and styles.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
