Job Description

We are seeking a creative and talented Interior Designer cum Sales Executive to join our team. As an Interior Designer and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing creative and functional spaces within residential and commercial settings. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure all aspects of the design process meet high standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to determine their goals, preferences, and budget for the project.
• Concept Development: Develop initial design concepts that align with the client's needs and vision.
• Space Planning: Create layouts that optimize the use of space, ensuring functionality and flow.
• Material and Furniture Selection: Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories that enhance the design concept.
• Color Coordination: Choose colors and textures that complement each other and create the desired atmosphere.
• Presentation: Present design concepts to clients using 2D and 3D renderings, mood boards, and samples.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of the design plan, including coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Budget Management: Ensure designs stay within budget by carefully selecting materials and furnishings.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure designs are being implemented as planned.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all designs, specifications, and communications related to the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, with 2 years 3D max experience,
• Strong creative and technical skills, including knowledge of construction, building codes, and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Attention to detail and a passion for design innovation.
• Certification from a recognized interior design association (optional but preferred).
