We are looking for a talented and organized Interior Designer cum Personal Assistant to join our team in the Lights & Interior industry. This unique role combines interior design expertise with administrative support for senior management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment and enjoys multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
Interior Design Duties:
• Project Design & Execution : Assist in the design and execution of interior design projects, particularly focused on lighting and interior decor.
• Client Consultations : Participate in client meetings, understand design requirements, and translate them into creative concepts.
• Product Presentation : Design mood boards, presentations, and product displays that showcase our lighting and interior decor items in stylish, functional layouts.
• Trend Research : Stay up to date with industry trends in lighting and interiors, recommending innovative ideas and designs that keep our offerings fresh.
• On-site Coordination : Oversee the installation and setup of interior designs to ensure alignment with project specifications.
Personal Assistant Duties:
• Scheduling & Calendar Management : Manage the executive's schedule, set up appointments, and coordinate with clients and vendors.
• Documentation : Prepare documents, presentations, and reports related to both interior projects and administrative tasks.
• Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for the executive, handling calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Travel Arrangements : Make travel and accommodation arrangements for business trips as needed.
• Event Planning : Assist with organizing events, exhibitions, and other activities related to interior design and brand promotion.
Qualifications:
• Education : Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience : 0-3 years in interior design, preferably with experience in administrative or personal assistant duties.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with industry trends in lighting and decor.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or business management software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
