Job Overview

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces for clients. Your role will involve designing interiors for various projects, from residential homes to commercial spaces in a fit out company.

Duties

Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval Select color schemes, furniture, lighting, and materials to create cohesive designs Create detailed drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhinoceros 3D Oversee the implementation of designs, working closely with contractors and vendors Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and incorporate innovative ideas into projects

Qualifications

Proficiency in interior design principles and practices Experience with software such as Adobe, Bluebeam, and project management tools Knowledge of remodeling and renovation processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with lighting design concepts is a plus

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
