We are looking for a talented In-House Interior Designer to curate and elevate the look and feel of our holiday home apartments, ensuring every space delights our guests and reflects our brand's aesthetic.

As our In-House Interior Designer , you will be responsible for designing and furnishing our holiday apartments to create inviting, stylish, and functional spaces that meet both guest expectations and operational needs. You will work closely with the operations and property management teams to ensure each property is visually appealing, well-maintained, and optimized for guest satisfaction and high rental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and furnish holiday apartments in line with the company's brand aesthetics and guest preferences.
• Enhance the look of existing apartments through redesign, re-staging, and updating decor to keep spaces fresh and appealing.
• Develop cohesive interior design concepts, including furniture, color schemes, artwork, and decor.
• Source and procure cost-effective, durable, and stylish furnishings and materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of furnishings.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee installations, staging, and ensure quality control.
• Optimize layouts for both functionality and visual appeal, considering guest comfort and ease of maintenance.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, especially those relevant to holiday homes and hospitality.
• Work within set budgets while maximizing the visual and functional impact of each apartment.
• Collaborate with the operations team to address maintenance and refurbishment needs for existing apartments.
• Ensure that all designs comply with safety standards and are suitable for short-term rental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2\+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or holiday homes.
• Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials selection.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Excellent sourcing skills with an eye for cost-effective and durable furnishings.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple properties simultaneously.
• Attention to detail with a flair for creating cozy, welcoming spaces.
• Knowledge of maintenance-friendly materials and furniture ideal for short-term rentals.

Preferred:

• Experience in designing for hospitality or holiday home sectors.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work in holiday homes, hospitality, or residential projects.
