Job Opening: Interior Designer
Location: UAE - Design Hub Interior Design & Decoration Works LLC
Position: Interior Designer
Experience: 3-5 years in the UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 - 5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal team members to understand project goals and requirements.
• Generate creative and functional design concepts and Photorealistic render presenting ideas effectively to clients.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections tailored to client needs.
• Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for various projects, including accurate cost estimations.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to gather precise project details and oversee quality control.
• Possess experience and confidence in managing walk-in clients and conducting on-site discussions, ensuring precise collection of all project details.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in interior design within the UAE.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3ds Max.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in BOQ creation, estimation, and technical drawing.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
• Attitude: Collaborative, proactive, and positive approach to work with the ability to work independently.
