Interior Designer
Job Description
We urgently require a skilled female Interior Designer (Asian).
The right candidate must have the following credentials.
> Education: Secondary
> Fluent in English (Arabic will be a plus)
> Pleasing personality
> Sound knowledge in AutoCAD, 3DSMax with Vray, Sketch up with Lumion, Photoshop, MS Office applications.
> Experience 3-5 years in high end residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors projects.
> Ability to deliver highly detailed rendering, understand details, space planning and providing solutions as well as client-facing with a strong personality and decision making.
> Salary will be based on qualification and experience.
Responsibilities:
• Meeting With clients and determining their needs and requirements
• Developing and Presenting Project Proposals
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously
• Prepare Furniture and interior layout
• Work on the Furniture selection
• Prepare drawings and BOQ
