Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer with a strong proficiency in hand sketching and developing comprehensive shop drawings to join our team.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed hand sketches to communicate design concepts and ideas.

Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences.

Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.

Creating detailed shop drawings to ensure accurate and precise execution of design concepts.

Create detailed plans and specifications for interior spaces.

Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept.

Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.

Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure project success.

Oversee the implementation of design plans and make adjustments as needed.

Incorporate new ideas and technologies into design projects.

Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.

Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture field.

Proficiency in developing comprehensive shop drawings to ensure precise execution of design concepts.

Proficiency in various hand sketching tools and techniques.

Ability to create accurate and detailed hand sketches.

At least 5 years of working experience in UAE in the same field.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
