Job Summary: The Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer will be responsible for developing and executing innovative design concepts while creating realistic 3D visualizations to effectively communicate these ideas to clients. This dual-role position requires a blend of creative design skills and technical proficiency in 3D modeling software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
• Develop and present creative design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.
• Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the design vision.
• 3D Visualization:
• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar.
• Apply textures, lighting, and material properties to enhance the visual quality of models.
• Produce photorealistic renderings for client presentations and marketing materials.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.
• Maintain organized records of project progress, design iterations, and client communications.
• Client Interaction:
• Present design concepts and visualizations to clients for feedback and approval.
• Incorporate client feedback into designs, making necessary revisions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the design process.
• Technical Skills:
• Utilize advanced 3D modeling and rendering software to create detailed and accurate visualizations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in interior design and 3D visualization.
• Experiment with new tools and software to enhance design capabilities and improve workflow efficiency.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all designs meet the required standards and specifications.
• Identify and resolve design issues or challenges that arise during the modeling and implementation process.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer and 3D Visualizer, preferably within the interior design or architectural industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative and conceptual skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
