We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Interior Design Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead and oversee our interior design projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design team, ensuring project quality, and delivering creative solutions that meet client expectations and align with the company's vision.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the interior design team to ensure optimal performance and growth.
• Provide clear direction and support to team members on all design-related tasks.
• Project Oversight:
• Oversee the entire design process from concept development to project delivery.
• Ensure designs align with client requirements, budgets, and project timelines.
• Client Interaction:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Present design concepts, updates, and final proposals to clients.
• Design Development:
• Develop creative and functional design concepts that meet aesthetic and operational goals.
• Ensure the integration of innovative materials, techniques, and sustainable practices.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for material selection and procurement.
• Quality Assurance:
• Maintain high standards of design quality and consistency across all projects.
• Conduct regular reviews and approvals of design work.
• Budget Management:
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Research and Development:
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations to enhance the company's offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, including project management and team leadership.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of interior design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, design principles, and construction techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
