Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Interior Design Manager to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves overseeing all aspects of interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet our high standards and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of interior designers and assistants.
• Develop and implement design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are being met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and innovations.
• Present design proposals and progress updates to clients and senior management.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record in project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices is a plus.
