- Manage design of residential high-rise apartment building project from concept to completion
- Interpret and translate project needs into rough plans and set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Produce \xe2\x80\x9csample\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cmood boards\xe2\x80\x9d and find, pre-qualify & manage external design agencies and ensure they operate within the company design parameters
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors and supervise work progress with a team of engineers, interior designers and CAD draftsmanREQUIREMENTSPosition Title: Interior Design Manager
