Job Description

: As an Interior Design Intern with Sales Experience, you will support our design team in creating and executing design concepts while also assisting in sales activities. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both interior design and sales, allowing you to develop your skills in a real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of design concepts, space planning, and material selection.
• Create mood boards, presentations, and detailed drawings using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support the CEO by preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, materials, and products that align with our design philosophy.
• Maintain and organize the design library, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source furniture, fixtures, and materials.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project installations.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met throughout the design process.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project requirements.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 6 per week

Pay: AED300.00 - AED500.00 per month
