Role Overview

The Interior Design Engineer will play a critical role in designing and executing interior spaces for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate will seamlessly combine technical expertise with creative vision to deliver designs that elevate our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Real Estate Design Solutions : Develop interior design concepts tailored to luxury and functional real estate projects, ensuring they meet market trends and client expectations.
• Space Optimization : Maximize space utilization and aesthetics to increase property value and appeal.
• Technical Drafting : Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Material and Furnishing Selection : Research and recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the company's standards and project budgets.
• Project Coordination : Work closely with real estate developers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Budget Management : Provide cost estimates and maintain designs within allocated budgets.
• Compliance : Ensure designs adhere to UAE building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Client Presentations : Present design proposals to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback to refine designs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in real estate development or property management.
• Technical Proficiency : Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge : Familiarity with real estate trends, property market demands, and sustainability practices.
• Soft Skills : Strong creativity, attention to detail, excellent communication, and project management abilities.
