My client is an innovative F&B design studio, where they specialize in creating exceptional dining experiences through high-end interior design. They are seeking a dynamic and visionary Interior Design Director / Lead Designer to lead their talented team and elevate their projects to new heights.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the design process for high-end food and beverage projects, ensuring creative and narrative design principles are integrated into each concept.
• Manage and mentor a diverse design team, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
• Utilize Revit and BIM technologies to enhance project efficiency and accuracy, ensuring all team members are proficient in these tools.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan to restructure, hire, and train a design team of 10-20 individuals within the next 1-2 years.
• Coordinate project management efforts, including timelines, budgets, and client communications, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into compelling design solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in high-end F&B interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Extensive experience in managing a design team, particularly in using Revit and BIM for project execution.
• Demonstrated ability in creative and narrative design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in managing and restructuring teams, with the capability to hire and train design professionals effectively.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in the GCC region is highly desirable.
• Availability to start by January 2025 at the latest.
