Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-outs , with a proven ability to manage high-end commercial projects and ensure seamless coordination across all project stages. Requirements and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in an interior fit-out company in the UAE.
• Expertise in commercial fit-outs for high-end retail shops, restaurants, and office spaces within shopping malls.
• Applications will not be considered if your experience is less than 5 years or does not align with the specified focus.

Technical Skills

BOQ and budget Preparation

• Proficient in producing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and breakdowns for interior projects.
• Strong understanding of material types, quantities, and cost estimation.

Local Authority Approvals

• In-depth knowledge of approval processes from local authorities, especially DDA (Dubai Development Authority) and DM (Dubai Municipality) .

Project Coordination

• Expertise in managing and coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and building/mall management. Responsibilities include:
• Sending inquiries to suppliers and vendors.
• Comparing and analyzing price quotations.
• Quantifying and ordering actual material requirements.

Technical Drawings

• Skilled in preparing detailed shop drawings and Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings.

Material Approvals

• Proficient in the material approval process, including:
• Sourcing local materials.
• Taking off quantities and comparing supplier quotes.
• Preparing sample boards for client and authority approvals.
• Following up to ensure timely approvals.
