Job Title: Interior Architect : We are seeking an experienced Interior Architect with 5-10 years of expertise to lead the design and development of innovative, functional, and aesthetically sophisticated interiors for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio of completed projects and demonstrate the ability to manage complex design challenges while collaborating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. This role requires expertise in space planning, material selection, and project execution from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design process for diverse interior architecture projects, from concept development to final implementation
Work closely with clients to understand their vision, translating it into functional and inspiring design solutions
Prepare detailed floor plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard design software
Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring alignment with project goals and budgets
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members while fostering collaboration and innovation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
5-10 years of professional experience in interior architecture or design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Expertise in space planning, detailing, and material specification
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
