Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conceptualize interiors for both residential and commercial spaces, ensuring creativity and functionality.
• Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to design specifications.
• Source and select materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with current trends and client preferences.
• Incorporate client feedback into designs while maintaining project timelines and design integrity.
• Deliver all design outputs to the highest quality standards, meeting established deadlines.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design and 3D visualization.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing previous interior design and 3D projects (required).
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and spatial design.
