Title:Interface Manager (PMC)

Position Overview: The Interface Manager (PMC) will be responsible for coordinating and managing interfaces with various stakeholders; The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Arabic, and extensive experience in managing interfaces within Client projects.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage interfaces with all relevant stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all parties. Identify and resolve interface issues promptly. Maintain comprehensive records of all interface activities. Prepare and present interface management reports. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Process Letters of Assistance (LOAs), Requests for No Objection Certificates (NOCs), applications for new connections, and various permits. Qualifications: Bachelor's in engineering or Master's in business administration. Reading and writing proficiency in Arabic. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in ADNOC PMC as Lead Interface Engineer or Manager. Minimum 4 years of experience with EPC Contractor as Interface Manager, preferably with ADNOC projects. Minimum 2 years of experience with Engineering Consultant as Interface Manager, preferably with ADNOC projects. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes: Experience in managing interfaces within ADNOC projects. Familiarity with local regulations and standards. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
