Position: Intensive Care ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Intensive Care Consultant to join our dynamic healthcare team. • Act as the lead physician for the intensive care unit, providing expert medical care to critically ill patients.

• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients in the ICU, including monitoring progress, adjusting medications, and conducting procedures as needed.

• Supervise and guide junior medical staff, including nurses, residents, and fellows, in the care of ICU patients.

• Work collaboratively with other specialists and healthcare professionals to develop a comprehensive care plan for each patient.

• Communicate regularly with patients and their families, providing updates on the patient's condition and addressing any questions or concerns.

• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in continuing education to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.

• Board certification in critical care medicine.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in intensive care or emergency medicine.

• Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Current and valid medical license.

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
