This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about providing intensive care services to patients in need.Responsibilities:- Provide specialized medical care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)- Conduct thorough physical exams, review medical histories, and order and interpret diagnostic tests- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs- Monitor and manage patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients- Educate patients and their families on care plans and any necessary lifestyle changes- Keep accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans- Stay current on medical research and advancements in intensive care and incorporate into practice- Assist in training and mentoring junior medical staff and studentsRequirements:- Possess a medical degree and be licensed to practice medicine- Completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Critical Care Medicine- Board certification in Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine- Proven experience as an Intensive Care Consultant, with a minimum of 5 years experience- A deep understanding of critical care and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions in high-pressure situations- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
