The Integration Architect will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions for a large-scale government project. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including government agencies, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure seamless integration of multiple systems, applications, and data sources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, integration frameworks, and government IT projects.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design comprehensive integration solutions that meet the projects technical and business requirements, ensuring alignment with government standards and regulations.
Define and document the architecture of integrated systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Select, configure, and manage middleware platforms that facilitate communication between different systems and applications.
Oversee data integration strategies, including ETL processes, data migration, and real-time data exchange, ensuring data integrity and compliance with government regulations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring that integration solutions are implemented according to best practices and project timelines.
Work closely with government agencies, third-party vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure that all integration solutions comply with relevant government regulations, standards, and security protocols, including data protection and privacy laws.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for integration processes, system architecture, and configuration management.
Provide support for integration issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted system operations.
Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and best practices, and suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.
Qualifications:Experience:
10+ years of experience in integration architecture, with at least 3 years of experience in government or public sector projects.
Proven experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
Experience with integration platforms and middleware like SAG -Webmethods
Hands-on experience with API management, SOA, microservices architecture, and cloud-based integration solutions.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in integration technologies and tools, including SOAP/REST APIs, XML/JSON, messaging systems (JMS, Kafka), and database integration (SQL/NoSQL).
Strong understanding of security protocols, including OAuth, SAML, and encryption standards.
Tech Stack: Microsoft (CRM), MS SQL Server, Informatica, Teradata and etc
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
