Our client is a top-tier Integrated Logistics provider renowned for its global leadership in the logistics sector. They seek a highly experienced Integrated CRM Senior Manager in Oman. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical and functional aspects of CRM integration projects, ensuring smooth implementation. Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancements within CRM systems. Assess existing Commercial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and CRM practices across business units. Improve SOPs aligned with international benchmarks for an integrated approach. Implement new SOPs across commercial functions, integrating them into operations. Manage and lead the migration process from one CRM platform to another for specified units. Collaborate in designing the future CRM organizational structure, identifying necessary resources. Provide technical and functional training to CRM users within the organization. Offer expert advice and guidance on implementing CRM best practices. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular analysis. Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure optimal system functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades. Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure CRM solutions meet diverse operational needs. Qualifications and Skills: Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree preferred. 10+ years experience, demonstrate expertise in CRM systems implementation and optimization, ideally within relevant industries. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics focused on managing and optimizing CRM. In-depth knowledge of international logistics practices, standards, and CRM solutions, leveraging them to enhance business operations. Strong analytical abilities to assess and improve SOPs. Exceptional communication skills and leadership capabilities.
