We are seeking a highly organized Insurance Underwriter to manage and streamline the operational processes related to insurance policies, renewals, claims, and client servicing. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and coordination skills, with a focus on ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the issuance of new insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements.
• Assist in processing claims and liaise between clients and insurance providers to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all insurance-related documentation, including policies, claims, renewals, and amendments.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Monitor policy expiration dates and prepare renewal notices for clients.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely support for policy updates and claims processing.
• Collaborate with the underwriting and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PDF)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
• Previous experience in UAE insurance operations.
• Knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and compliance standards.
