Job Description

• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
• Customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Evaluate insurance applications, financial documents, and other relevant data to determine the level of risk involved, then provide comparative quotations and give the client the custom tailored quote based on their needs
• Utilize underwriting guidelines, policies, and procedures to make informed decisions regarding coverage and premiums.
• Review insurance policies to ensure compliance with regulations and company guidelines.
• Interpret policy terms and conditions for clients and stakeholders, providing clarification when necessary.
• Stay updated with market trends, industry regulations, and economic factors that may impact underwriting decisions.
• Liaise with insurers to place policies with personal lines and commercial lines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• INSURANCE: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• Insurance Certificate (Preferred)
